Our business provides locally roasted coffee to the community of Revelstoke while aiming to reduce waste and favouring sustainable products. For instance, we have a Bring Your Own Cup or Container (BYOC) program which encourages customers to bring their own cup for their favourite hot or cold beverage and/or container for their coffee beans! We offer a $2 discount on coffee bean purchases when you BYOC. Also, Rosa the Coffee Roaster (our Loring S15 Falcon) produces approximately 80% less emissions than a traditional drum coffee roaster. We also use re-usable Coffee pails so that local Café and Restaurant customers can have their coffee delivered in re-usable pails. At our Café alone this eliminates the need for 1,000’s of single use bags every year. In addition, our packaging for our coffee bags is made from plant based and at-home compostable materials or PCR plastic and are recyclable anywhere.
